    speaking of feed conversion, the fastest way to increase feed conversion of your calves is by cross breeding. the second fastest way is by using a breed in that cross breeding system that is known for feed efficiency, such as Limousin, which work especially well in natural programs because of their natural ability to efficiently put on pounds of red meat.

The NCBA is set for major restructuring. The Association will move from a 274-member board to just 29 board members this year. The recommendation came from the Governance Task Force Committee; headed by former NCBA President Jan Lyons back in December. Lyons says there are several reasons the committee recommended the change. (Jan Lyons clip)
